How wonderful is THIS????

Just found this blog: Homesick Texan on a click-through from another foodie blog I visit.  Oh, my!  Jus' makes me wanna CRY...

I AM a homesick Texan.

And now I'm tryin' to figure out how to make a frito chili pie low-carb.  hmmm.... 

Yeah, I think my kids could do a "walking taco"...only they won't eat the chili.  Not even the TEXAN in the bunch will!  That's near blasphemy!   LOLOLOL  

Ya know, I have two Brit-born children who won't eat beans or potatoes.  I have a Texan-born child who won't eat Chili or taters, and I have a German-born child who eats everything in sight.  So I guess she's making up for the others?????  LOLOL
