I'm a homeschool mom of 3 daughters. My aim in life is to glorify God by loving and serving my family, grow personally in my walk with Him, and being a Titus 2 woman to those younger than me. This blog is to share what God is doing in my life and in the life of our homeschool.
Princess is 9 years old . She was born a princess and continues to hold the title. She loves all things girlie and is talented in all things crafty.
Pixie is 7 and a half. She has a passion for truth, loves rocks and shells and has a huge collection of them.
Peanut is 5. She is fun loving, happy all the time and can make anybody laugh.
I made these bags for a double babyshower. Those are so fun. Both ladies sat right next to each other and opened nearly identical gifts. It was adorable. This pattern is an Amy Butler Nappy Bag pattern and the fabric is hers too. It has six pockets inside to contain all the stuff babies need.
Those are really cute! Normal diaper bags are so boring, and cute ones are so expensive- what a great gift. Have you ever seen Jane Sassaman fabric? I just discovered her fabric and she has some really fun prints you might like.
Hope you have a great day.

Hi Susan! Those bags are gorgeous! What a wonderful gift. I love your new avatar photo, too. I posted a new photo of Josiah; you'll have to go take a look. So glad to hear about hubby's schedule.
Have a great weekend!

Amy Butler's fabrics look so much better made up than they do on the bolt, IMO.
You did a great job! Makes me want one, even though I don't have any babies. :)
I love the bags. What a special and thoughtful gift. Your new avatar looks just like your oldest daughters picture at the top. Your own personal mini-me. :) Thank goodness you're cute, huh?
Lookie at your new picture! How cute. And I love the top bag (colors) so much!
Where's that perm you pondered for your coif? :)

I am just now getting around to answering the question you left on my blog last week! whew! : )
I think I should have been more specific in that, it is not so much what did not work, as the method that didn't work. : )
We were using Abeka, had switched to Rod and Staff (and did use some workbooks previously also), now both do have some good subjects, and we all know how good R & S is for English!
Basically, for a young child, IMO, the workbook *method* just wasn't working. : )
