Aug. 8, 2008 - Friday Fill-ins #2
1.You know you're old when your bones begin to creak when you get out of bed!
2. My heart is divided between my husband and my son.
3. A cup of coffee is what I need RIGHT NOW!
4. I have felt the high of a happy, sunny day, I have known the depths of despair when the days are full of rainclouds.
5. Gah, won't these people ever stop their fighting!
6. You must read a new book as soon as you can!
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to a Friday take-out meal, tomorrow my plans include having a day alone with my son and Sunday, I want to go to church and have another quiet afternoon at home afterwards!

Re: #2, and seeing as you're a church goer... My wife and I feel that the husband/wife relationship should be the strongest one. (Well, the strongest earthly one.) If that relationship is in the right spot, then the relationship with kids will come naturally. One of my favorite sayings is "The best way a father can love his kids is to love their mother."
Re: #3, we had the same answer!
And, my wife is planning on homeschooling our three kids this year.
