Moms of Many Exercise Challenge

today's workout :

for time (20 min)

5 pull ups (i did ring rows on the dip machine)

10 pushups (i'm doing girl pushups till i'm stronger and my core doesn't feel all torn up)

15 squats

i did fifteen rounds, and i'm sweaty!!! hooray!

Marla, i am sooooooo sore today! i thought i was sore and tired last night but my back and legs and arms and trapezius muscles are all soooooooo ouchy! no workout tonight - maybe tomorrow again...
