well, that's me tonight!
the plan was 100 100 100 100
but i did
100 pull ups (on the dip station, so easier)
100 pushups (girls)
20 leg raises (then T said it's getting late...)
20 squats (i meant to just bang out 100 but man, my legs are so sore after our park day treks!)
We didn't go to the park today as it looked like rain - instead i let the littles put up our tent in the backyard which provided much joy. It's awesome as a mom how happy you can make people - and fun to just give in and do it :) sometimes...
