So yesterday we took Wyatt along on our run - and ran a little farther - T thinks maybe 5 k in 33 minutes...
Today, we did a "modified crossfit" - T does the real version, i do a pretend version :)...
20 minutes, as many sets as you can of
10 pullups
5 pushups (big boy type)
T did 10 real pullups and 5 hand stand pushups, so a lot more work - i think i could start doing assisted pullups with the medical grade tubing looped around our pushups bars... but so far i am using the dip bars and pulling up from horizontal... a lot easier... |
