This is our workout for tonight
3 sets, 8 reps each
chin ups (i use two ply medical grade tubing from our chin up to assist)
military press (with 15 lb dumbbells)
deadlifts (with 15 lb dumbbells)
sit ups (on the very nice padded incline board dh bought today at Liquidation World! )
and
cleans (again with 15 lb dumbbells)
We alternated sets, and watched Blade and jiggled the baby in between.... It went nice and quick and seemed so easy, but i feel like i could float away and be asleep all at the same time now...
I'm trying to be good with my Zone diet stuff, but dh is switching to anabolic and it's killer for me to just eat carbs when he is going on his eighth day of none - and then he will do a big carbo load and i will be jealous of him... Marble Slab Creamery just opened up here in town, which almost makes up for the DQ burning down. i want ice cream!!!
But first, i'll get back in shape...
Other workouts lately (since my bad run) have been just hiking/exploring with the littles and dh . I was glad to try out my mamaponcho that took me forever to knit ;) but I can't wait to fit into my clothes again... it's just taking awhile!
