It's finally summer!  And by summer i mean, my husband is home all summer!  Which is awesome :), in case anyone is doubting.

Not just because i love to be around him, and we're making the most of every day with the littles and planning to have as much fun as we can possibly take and afford, but also because he saw my list of things to do (i.e. my "fix it list") and has taken it upon himself to get a bunch of it done.

It's *my* list of things *i* planned to do, but i'm not telling him that!

So far, he bought a power washer and partially stripped the deck, and bought sealant (and then we'll paint, but so far the weather is planning to rain for the next four days, so that project is stalled...

Also, a couple of weeks ago, i started this project - i used the already existing shelves in the garage, and shelved all our soccer cleats and skates (huge pile!  for a big family!) - and also our boots - and some runners/small shoes etc...  These are shoes that are not in use this season, or are waiting for the next child to grow into that size or baby shoes (those sizes change by the week it seems!) - And now T salvaged some very nice lockers for hanging up out of season coats (i had them in a downstairs closet, but this will be better and give me a little room for out of season clothing storage inside the house)...
