
It has been a really slow month, fitness wise. I've had two workouts in the last few weeks - one run, and one set of tabatas.
But now it's Thanksgiving - we've patched up a bunch of leaks in our house to make it cozy and warm and then got down to work.
Remember, i'm an old :) lady with seven children ages 13 down to 1 (and my 13 yo will be 14 next month!) If i can do this, anybody can!
And thing is, if i work out, i spend energy - but i also have WAY more not only that day, but for a few days afterwards. If i sit on my butt, i have less and less energy, and lethargy invades... Let's fight lethargy and get fit!
Tonight's workout - deck of death - this sounds scary, but i'll refresh your memory...
To do this workout, you need
a/ a deck of cards
b/ some kind of apparatus to do chin ups or rows on

and that's it!
Aces = 11 reps
face cards = 10 reps
number cards = the number on the card = the number of reps you do...
Suits -
hearts - rows
clubs - situps
spades - rows or chinups
diamonds - squats
This doesn't take too long - grab a deck, and do it as fast as you can! Post your times here in my comments section if you want :) - i promise i'll be impressed!
