Our church started VBS (Vacation Bible School) yesterday. I help with the 4-5 year old. All together there's only 24 kids - that was last night, hopefully the kids will round up some of there friends to bring.
Gotta find a nice image to replace the boat.
A few days ago I finished Eldest. My favorite charters either die or fade away or go crazy...something of the sort. jsnfmurtaghjhfudf
May I write after VBS tonight, maybe?

Jul. 22, 2006 Answers, answers, many answers. What do you do to me?
Thank you SnowWolf, for reminding me of the blog. The laptop is an XP Dell (We sent it to the computer store and for $100.oo got it fixed.).
I never am good at keeping journals, so now you know you don't have to check back if you dislike the lateness of my pitiful replies. We have received 70-80 chickens by the mail, out of the last batch I do believe a number around seven has died. I am unsure if there is a heaven for animals, or if they just pass away and go lost, growing invisible over time.
Twenty-two piglets are now at our barn, my gram complains about the smell...often.
Whatever you do to me I will keep His light.
The dark closes in but I talk to Him and he says to thee Do not be afraid
Over these years this world comes apart I will stay close to You
May I go into hiding to stay away from the mark
I will never have the triple six
I've gone through something such as this before, poems seem to get to my liking.
Now do not look, but go out and see.
I also advise you to go read a copy of Beowulf, one of the oldest writings in history. |

This is what we've got for dogs: four; Dingo, ACD. Roy, Dobbie/hound mix. Toby, border collie. And Reggie, border collie. Reggie has always been a problem. She's very hyper and runs away if you let her run free (free as the wind blows! Run free!). So I've been trying to find help for her, two different message boards I've been on. Furry-paws.com 7 Border Collie Boards. I've gotten a lot of info from both, (...along with a few mean comments along the way...) and have been more into getting reg trained. She's moving into the house, getting spayed, and getting a bath today. And I'll post pictures of the doggies if I can get them. -All pictures where on laptop- i.i andwejustgotthatlaptop.

I posted a topic about NAIS on a message board of regaler kids-adults (furry-paws.com). They thought the idea was ok, they are pet loving people...and forgot the farm animals.
I posted my chick chip (below, from quite a while ago). would the chick be a chick or a chicken when a tag was put in? Are the chips that size? where like their questions.
I've gotta redo this layout...
And my story I'm working on:
Snairrun, Land of falling suns.
Chapter One: The falling second Sun
Her jar of water dropped and poured over the floor.
"Ricie, I didn't know you where the mop maid."
"Felits...never are you in a gloomy mood?" She picked up the broken pieces and soaked the end of her dress in the spilled water.
Felits kissed his wife. "Where is Ko-Klu?" He asked. They started to walk.
"She wanted her early walk, she has has a friend she met in the market yesterday I think she is meeting."
Felits poured a mug of *****o - a type of cold drink that is made in Snairran.
"I have news of the inkaalimps."
Ricie slowed her walking.
"The second sun will fall in fifty days," continued Felits. "Less then last year, when we had seventy days warning."
"When will you start preparing the dig?" His wife asked.
"I will go look at our tunnels from last year tomorrow, if it just has a few leaks we can repair and stay there." He replied.
"If it's to bad to can rebuild." Added Ricie.

Apr. 17, 2006 My Reading...my writing
We went to the store yesterday after church to buy the necessary items of living - aka food, and I had to go look at the books. I came to have my eyes on a book that I had been wanting to buy for some time, but that mom had said to just pick up at the library. The thing is that the closest library to us is quite very small and you have to bring your books back after two weeks...that is a fine period of time, unless you are reading Lord of the Rings (I'm still on the fellowship, and have got it out of the library two or three times), Harry Potter, or some other long book that at times can to boring so you don't read it that fast....
So I thought I had enough money and it was pretty cheap - $6.95 ? So I would just buy it: it was the same book my friend was telling me was great.
It's called Eragon by Christopher Paolini.
I would say it's now one of my favorite books now, even though I am just getting into it. I've read 75 pages out of 503. So far it's about this 15-year-old boy who finds a blue "rock" in the woods that hatches into a dragon, and now he is the owner of a dragon and...you will have to get the book if you are interested.
The website's www.alagaesia.com/
I always liked to write and at the moment am working on a story about three people (an old man, boy and girl) who go to another world. I'll post it when I'm done with it. |

Apr. 16, 2006 And I have some explaining to do.
I have not wrote in my blog for a few reasons;
First of all My mother, two brothers and I went to visit my grandmother and relatives in that area. Once we came home sickness spread and we where all sick! Some kind of stomach virus?
Anyways...I am finally feeling better, (actually the only one that is really still a bit sick is Matt) and have done a lot today. First of all I was talking to a friend of mine yesterday and she was telling me about my little ponies that people paint really neat and sell - I kinda thought this was odd/dopey at first but then again...So today I went looking for some my little ponies to paint but didn't find any. I did find a furby & troll doll. So I got out my paints and Nolan & I had some fun!
Here's what we finished with...
Nolans started out orange and white. I didn't want to try putting brown paint all over my "things" hair...
~
Then we did our Easter eggs.
And I have pictures, yay. Nolan Thought my egg holder cup would be a good place to put some paint... See Toby Dog?
So that's what I'm up to. Maybe I'll have the time to post agian tomorrow. |

National Animal Identification System
{ }
I don't know if this is exactly accurate.
"The chip" is what the USDA wishs to put into baby chicks. My picture shows about the size this chip would be to a baby chick. Now would you like some thing that size in you? Would anything?
As a quote from Walter Jeffries (( http://nonais.org/ ))
'The benefit is to the big factory farms who probably do need this type of regulation. They get to do single IDs for large groups of animals. Small farmers, pet owners and homesteaders will have to tag and track every single animal.'
I am thinking my blog can come in handy - not just for the bookkeeping of our farm, but also for writing my eye of this part of history! |
