Scott Frost?
Greetings from Me and My House,
We sometimes wonder where our children get the ideas they have, the connections they make through their immature thinking. Here's today's from our 6 yo.
You may not get it if you aren't from Nebraska. :-) He's never seen this Christmas show (I don't think), so the only reference point he had for it was probably a commercial for it. And this is the connection he made.
He was looking at candle holders we have that have snow men that are ice skating and sledding. He said,"Snow men can't do that; they would break." Here's what followed:
"There's a movie about a kid who makes a snowman and it comes to life. But it's really Scott Frost."
When his brother told him it wasn't, "Scott Frost is a football player," he was adamant, "No, it's a different Scott Frost."
"No, there isn't."
"Yes, there's another Scott Frost in a snow movie."
"No, that is Jack Frost."
By now he was totally confused.
