First of all, thanks for your concern. Going through some tough issues, but I'm not ready to post about them. Actually, I don't know if I will... God is good, however, and thngs can only get better right?
Okay, onto other things:
"Sunday Family Fun Day" has not exactly happened the way we pictured it when we birthed the idea. Something always seems to come up...someone's ill or there is something someone else wants us to do, or there's too much stuff around the house to be done. I think that after Naomi is born, we just have to commit to it no matter what! (I'm finding everything "too much" at the moment!) We must make the day a day of family communication and time together without letting the "cares of the world" interrupt it.
This Sunday past (the 6th) saw Michael off to help Dad transport a dining set that my parents won on ebay. They gave it to us as a gift. It is beautiful:

It's lovely to have a matching set! Our other set was old and only had about 3 of the original chairs able to be used. The base and table are made of solid stone so it is EXTREMELY heavy. Dad and Michael did such a great job transporting and setting it up.
On Monday, I went to my GP for a pregnancy check-up. Everything is fine - except that I am just exhausted all the time and feel like I'm not coping with my everyday duties. Naomi seems to lying breach at the moment (which explains the strange movements I've been feeling toward the pelvis instead of under the ribs!). Nothing to be concerned about at this stage though. Bethany was lying transverse right up until about 37 weeks! I've got an ultrasound booked for 16th May (37 weeks) to check Naomi's size. I'm looking forward to it!
We were out in the car one evening earlier this week (I think it was Tuesday?), and Elijah made the following announcement:
"I'm going to be a race car and Jeremiah going to be a golf ball!"
Hmmm... I think those things would be somewhat of a miracle!
Also, we were out at the beach one evening having fish and chips for dinner. The kids were playing on the playground afterward and Elijah being the social being that he is, went and joined in with a mother and daughter who were playing together. The mother had a facial piercing (eyebrow), in which she was wearing a stud. Elijah says (with the utmost concern I might add):
"Oh! You got a pin in you head! What happened?"

As I mentioned in my last post, Elijah has taken an interest in writing over the past couple of months. He has been progressing well, and today he wrote his name for the first time - without any prompts from anyone! He was so proud (and so am I just quietly!). Okay, so the "j" is back-to-front and the dots on the "i" and "j" are right on top, but that doesn't matter! Take a look:

He wrote it on an old envelope, so I've cut it out and stuck it on the fridge for the time being. Such a clever boy!
