My name is Melanie Diane Johnson: Here I am... Get to know me:D

I live In a small town in Southern Missouri... or the 'Bootheel" as we call it . I've been homeschooled since Kindergarden. I have two red-headed siblings, Ashley and Matthew. My mom is the BEST and My Dad is a full time Worship Leader/Song Writer but his cd has yet to be produced. With His infulence I have grown up for a deep appreciation for Worship, singing, playing music and my heavenly Father. I've played the keyboard since I was about 8 and I just started playing the accustic guitar last year but I've been singing since I could talk!! In March I will be competing in a state wide compition, held in Springfield, called "Fine Arts" where I will be back-up singing for our Youth group "After Shock." (I be will post a blog about my Experience).

My life is consumed with getting through 11th grade, saving for a camra so I can take Photography Courses, trying to get a job, going to my Freakin Awsome Youth group where I have many many friends who keep me busy, Two different Worship Practices, working at our new house we're building on to and hanging out with my BFF.

I also go to a GREAT Homeschool Group . If you don't go to one I defiantly incourage you to do so either that, or start one yourself... you won't regret it!!

I'm not on Myspace, I'm on Facebook. Cool that your dad is a songwriter! My dad is a radio producer for American Family Radio, and he gets to interview a lot of cool christian music artists. Cool pics, btw.

Hey!!
I'm glad you enjoyed reading my post, I enjoyed yours too!!
Yeah, homeschooling isn't a big thing in England at all, they're way to liberal for that :)
Thats cool you play keyboard and guitar, I kind of play piano...hehe I'm trying anyways :D
I went without a camera for a whole year, so I know how that goes :( I left my fuji finepix on an airplane one summer. I was sooo annoyed with myself!! But it was worth the wait to get the one I have now :)
I seriously need a job too, but around here not many places want to hire a 15 year old, so I just have to wait until september I guess.
Thats awesome about your dad, that would be amazing if he had a cd :D
