Even Working Dads can be involved with School!!!!

We didn’t have any great plans for Labor Day today so we do school.   There was a great hands on experiment for week 7 in ECC with river making.

After they finished the stuff in the manual, Dad suggested: what happens if a meteor strikes the mountain???

And they find out.

And he was ready to come back inside and decided to empty the bucket:  Biblical Flood!!! He calls out.

Anyway --- go have fun with the hands on stuff science in ECC even if it means that you wait until Dad is home, or weekend, or for fun on a holiday.

By the way, my husband recommends trying to use wood that is more square in shape, about 2 feet x 2 feet or so.  We did fine with what we had, but he wanted to have that idea on the board.
