The story of Mike
Chapter 1 Mike's bithday
There once was a kid named Mike. It was May 13, and it was Mike’s birthday.
Mike was at his friend James house, “James, would you like to come to my birthday party?” Mike asked.
Sure I’ll ask some of my other friends over, besides what time is it anyway?” James asked.
“12:30 Pm see you there,” Mike said. So off they went, Mike went home; and James went to the phone to call his friends. When Mike got home his mother told him his brother was coming. He was very surprised, he hadn’t seen him since he was 9 years old, but he still remembered his name Paul. Later that day, “Where’s your mom and dad?” James asked.
“I don’t know,” Mike said.
“They probably went to the store,” James said.
“Yea probably,” Mike said.
“We’re all most there darling,” Mr. Alden said to his wife.
“Yay! That means we can surprise him quicker,” Mrs. Alden said. Creeeek the van came to a stop, as they got out creeeeeeek the train came to a stop, and out came 19 year old Paul.
“Hi mom, hi dad lets go to the store to get Mike some presents,” Paul said.
“Ok let’s get going,” Mr. Alden said. So off they went.
“I wonder what’s taking them so long?” James asked.
“Yea I wonder?” Mike said.
Soon the van came to a stop in front of the mall, “Where here?” Mrs. Alden said.
“Because this is where Mike’s favorite thing is,” Mr. Paul said.
“What?” Mr and Mrs. Alden asked at the same time.
“A chemistry set, he loves science,” Mr. Paul Alden said.
“Good idea,” Mr. Alden said. So they hurried in to the store to pick up the chemistry set and a cake and hurried home.
“Hi mom, hi dad,” Mike said.
“Here are your presents,” Mr and Mrs. Alden said.
WOW! A chemistry set how did you know?” Mike asked.
“Don’t thank us,” Mrs. Alden said.
“Thank him,” Mr. Alden said. Out came Paul.
“Thanks Paul!” Mike said
“Your welcome,” Paul said.
“When should we have the cake?” Mr. Alden said.
“When everyone gets here,” Mike said.
“Here they come,” James said. The cars pulled to a stop in front of the house and everyone got out.
“Hi Joy, hi Mary, hi Joshua,” Mike said.
“Hi Mike,” they all said.
“Is everyone here?” Mike asked.
“They are all here but 1,” Paul said.
“Who is that?” Mike asked.
“A scientist,” Paul said.
“WOW!” Mike said.
Some time after the scientist arrived.
“Hi I am the scientist and I’ll teach you a bit about science, Mike,” Scientist Peter said.
“Cool I’d like that,” Mike said.
“Let’s have cake,” Mr. Alden said.
“Let’s all sing happy birthday to him,” Paul said. Happy birthday to you happy birthday to you happy birthday dear Mike happy birthday to you. He blew out 11 candles, and then he cut the cake and they ate it.
Later,
“Good night dear,” Mrs. Alden said.
“Good night mom, good night dad,” Mike said. Zzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzz,
“Scientist we need your help.
“What is it,” Mike said.
“there’s a volcano that is going to explode if you can mix up something that can stop the volcano from erupting then do it,” Citizen said.
“Don’t worry I can help just give me a minute,” Mike said.
“Ok but hurry,” Citizen said.
“Ta da here give this to an airplane and tell them to pore it in and that will work,” Mike said.
“Ok,” Citizen said
Later,
Grrrrrrr creeek nothing “It worked,” Citizen said.
beeeeeeeeeep beeeeeeeeeeep beeeeep. Ahhhhh it is morning,” Mike said.
“Son breakfast is on the table,” Mrs. Alden said.
“Ok mom I’ll be right there,” Mike said.
