Comments are welcome BUT ...

I was just given a hint that  there is no link for comments on my page.  I do not know how to fix this.  I have tried from the settings menu.  I have looked at the source code (hey I am no expert but it seemed to be there), why is it not on the page ?  I really don't have time to figure this out
