I had several people say that they missed me last week. That was nice, since only a few people even know my name at this new church. I am having more people actually come up and talk to me though.
The boys' Sunday School teacher came and talked to me. She said that she really missed them. She is impressed with how much Bible they know. She likes how well they participate. E really forges ahead during the discussion time. He also really gets the kids going during worship. This church is more his style than our last one.
BTW, the reason we missed last week was because of my dad's visit.
Oh, and I had been feeling like I wasn't doing enough in the way of Bible lately. The boys treat each other horribly, so I was thinking maybe more Bible would help with that. We had kind of slacked off lately and I have noticed that all of our behavior improves when we don't skip. ( I had wigged out on E on Thursday.) |
