Tomorrow is E's 12th birthday!  It is so amazing how fast they grow up.  We had his birthday party tonight.  We had one homeschool family come and another friend's son.  None of the invited neighbor kids came.  Because of Sea Fair, E usually has a lousy turn out if we try to have his birthday on the same weekend.  It was especially sad, because this was our first event without my sister.  (I am so not looking forward to Thanksgiving.) I made another ice cream cake.  Everyone loved it. His favorite gift was a bike from my grandma and grandpa.  He got a couple model airplanes.  And a couple of those little wood ones that you just add a couple wings too.  They had a blast flying those.
