Last night I went to a Christmas Party with one of my good friends.  It was a semi-formal affair that her work was hosting.  The food was pretty good.  Living in S. Texas, many of the employees are Hispanic, so the band played a lot of Tejano music.  They did play a few oldies and country songs as well.  Not many though.  They had door prizes and my friend won a $250 gift certificate to the mall.  How awesome is not!  The party was too long.  It went from 6pm-12pm.  We left about 11:30.  I was ready to go at 10.
