I'm Back

I bet many of you thought I'd fell off the side of the earth and was eaten by a dragon! Actually, it's just the Biblical holiday season and I'm starting a new business. Then there are the doctor appointments for my daughter, and let's not forget the beets and zucchini that needed to be processed and frozen.  See, I told you the back side of that hurricane wall was going to hit! Otherwise, I was just lounging around, watching soap operas and eating chocolate covered cherries!

Actually, we've been having a very nice holiday season.  Our congregation just moved into a new building and we dedicated it on Rosh Hoshana.  Now we have oneg (pot luck) after services every Saturday and we're finally getting to know each other.  We've been learning some new worship dances -- that's been taking care of the holiday pounds -- and I'm loving it.  Don't ask me to ride a bike, walk, jog, or anything that's exercising on pupose; but dancing, that I could do all night.

I could blog all night, too. But I have a husband downstairs who hasn't seen me much lately, so......

Have you checked out the contest entries at spunky homeschool? I actually entered something.  I'll have to find some time to read all the other ones.  Did anyone else enter? Let me know so I can go find your blog.   Just wanted to let you all know I'm not dead.

Glad you're back...but sounds like you've been having a good time off-line too! Tell me about the business that you're starting. So happy you entered the contest...and best of luck! I entered too..under the encouragement category. Eleanor
