Jul. 28, 2009 - Our day was productive!!
Our unit, Roots and Relations is turning out to be great! Mama is learning so much right along with my children!
Around our house today..
The baby has to be right in the middle of all the learning..his favorite place is ON the table! :)
This week we began work on our family heritage books..
We have learned about the cell and it's parts along with DNA.....
And today Gabby & Quentin made a clothesline timeline of our family with important dates that impacted their lives while the older 3; Morgan-Britney, Josiah & Zeke added a family timeline page to their family heritage books..

We had a very productive day! We leave for vacation on Friday and will have 10 days off returning to homeschooling on August 11th..
We are going to be working right up until Friday accomplishing as much as we can..

Love the pictures of the kids learning together! We are doing well, trying to get organized to get started on lessons ourselves. Hope to visit Brett over Labor Day weekend.
