Aim workshop part two
| On the second day I went straight up to Electives. I went to stroll miming. There I learned Mime boot camp. First one of the mimes orders the others into a straight line and he/she paces back and forth and fixes any uneven lines, goofy faces and statues. If a mime is mischievous then he/she orders him/her to do push-ups, running in place, or jumping jacks etc. We had a mime tug of war and hide and seek. Next was bible study and we talked about how to have the spirit in our lives. I can't remember exactly what was said but it was a great study. Dinner was next and I had brought mine so I ate it and talked with the guys from the workshop. After dinner was MAIL TIME! Michael had three letters since it was his birthday and Summer had one and Daniel had one. With Audrey Voth and Ellie Voth they did the three little pigs. Michael and Summer then did the bunny song (not veggietales because Michael didn't know it (shame shame)) Then we did more electives and I went to public speaking and did an impromptu speech on bunny's. Next I did a transition to go and everybody clapped. Charleton did an impromptu speech on knights and nights. More bible study time came and we all went by ourselves and had about ten minutes of reflection and waiting on God. It was awesome! I felt that God had descended in power on the church. After that was song time and we did In God We Still Trust, which is a twangy song that hardly anybody really likes that much but it is fun to do. I got the Dad part, Madison was the Mom, and Kyle Duncan was the son. Finally we presented for the parents and everybody liked it. The Midwest team did Freedom and Restoration. That is the end of the workshop and we had a fun time in doing it. |
