Field trips have been plentiful for us these days. we started the year off with a trip to the Alabama Theater to see The Wizard of Oz, 2 trips to Pepper Place Market in downtown, the McWane Center, and then the past two Fridays we've been to the Alabama Power Water Course and the Southern Museum of Flight. Wheww! Stick a fork in me, I AM DONE! After Deerhunter and I return from Vietnam, the kids and I are spending a day in Tuscumbia, visiting Helen Keller sites. Enjoy the pics!
Once a classroom teacher, now a mom of three...God has laid on our hearts to teach at home. It is a neverending journey, with twists and turns, ups and downs. We aspire to call forth the gifts and talents in each of our children, giving them a unique educational experience that brings out the best in each of them and nurtures them in their walk with God.
