New Every Morning

This I recall to my mind, therefore I have hope. Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.

My Mum does makes a mango pie, the mango is the top half while the "pastry" is a date and nut base. It's a raw food recipe, it's not cooked. That's probably what will happen to most of our mangoes this year, they get frozen, kept in the freezer for months and then thawed and put in a pie or something. The others we eat for desert or on our cereal or just give away to our friends. In the past we've sold them to raise money for Open Doors but this year they were too damaged to sell.
