Oct. 18, 2008 - 1 Timothy 4:12
I'm too Small
by me
I don't have two little fish,
I don't have five loaves of bread,
What do I have to give my Lord?
I'll give my life instead.
God sits upon His royal throne,
He's looking down at me,
I'm just a little child,
What good can He see.
I'm so meek and timid
Like a lamb in a lion's den,
Everything fierce surrounds me
I never fit right in.
I look to heaven's royal throne,
"I'm too small," I cry.
"I hear you and I answer prayer,"
Was God's awesome replie.
"I know that you are little,
And your welth is very small,
But you can do such mighty things,
If you give me your all.
You can be a mighty nation,
And part waters with your hands,
The whole earth I give to you,
From mountans to flat lands."
"Thanks God," I replie,
"I'm filled with so much glee.
You've saved me from my bondage,
I've never felt so free."
"You're welcome," God replied.
"I'm glad you feel such glee.
But do remember in your comfort,
To always live for Me."
1 Timothy 4:12
Don't let any one look down on you because you are young but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and in purity.
People will want to tell you "you're too young, you can't help, you're too small." Don't listen! You can make a big differance. One way is by setting an example:
1. In speech: In the way you talk, What you talk about, and who you talk about.
2. In life: In the way you live, your attitude, and how you react to things.
3. In love: How you love oneanoyher and how you react to those you don't particularly like.
4. In faith: In how strong your relationship with God is and how you en corperate God's word into your life.
5. In purity: People can tell your thoughts. Your thoughts and actions should be pleasing to God in all you do.
If you do all these in all your thoughts, actions and all you say and meditate on God's word you can be a light to those around you.

Oct. 16, 2008 - Treasures in Heaven
TREASURES IN HEAVEN
by me
The earth's treasures will pass away,
Like the sun at the end of the day,
But heaven's treasures are here to stay,
They can't be destroyed in any way.
Which should you store up? You'll see,
The day you get to heaven with me.
Matthew 6:19-21
Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
The Bible says that we should store up our treasures in heaven where thieves can't steal and moths and rust (and tornadoes) can't destroy. We got hit by a tornado. The tornado really opened our eyes to how real that verse is. Our garage was destroyed in mere seconds and our neighbors' house was gone! This whole world is just temporary. If you have made Jesus Christ your personal Lord and Savior, God has something much better for you waiting in heaven. If you haven't I want to encourage you to: 1. admit you're a sinner (do bad things), 2. believe that Jesus died for you and rose again, and 3. confess your sin (the bad things you do) to God. It's the most rewarding decision you can make!

Apr. 30, 2008 - Great Idea
I danced recently at a revival at a park. I think that is such a good idea. I would love our church to do an evangalistic outreach night at the park. Actually I'd love to do it anywere. I want to go on a missions trip to Peru. Next year our church is going on a missions trip to 3 countries in Europe. I'll probably be able to go. I really hope I can. Our friends who are adopting children are leaving to go get the children in a few weeks and their youngest child will be staying with us while they are gone for WEEKS.

Apr. 16, 2008 - TORNADO!!!!!!!!!!
WE GOT HIT BY A TORNADO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We were home at the time. We all got in the hallway just in time. The part of the house that we're in did not get much damage. The other part received a good bit of damage. The thing we learned from all this is that God always provides. ALWAYS!

Dec. 30, 2007 - Happy new year
Happy New Year! For Christmas I got a book with lots of sewing patterns and some money for cloth. I made a pillow case yesterday
and a pink skirt the day before.
I got to wear the skirt today. I want to learn how to sew. When I grow up I want to be a missionary. I want to go to South America, to places that people don't go a lot. I don't think that there will be a lot of stores or that I will have a lot of money either. That is why I want to learn how to make my own clothes.

Dec. 3, 2007 - A Poem
This is a Christmas poem I made.
Christmas time comes once a year,
We hold this time very dear,
As we gather 'round our family tree'
And read the bible "For unto thee..."
And though these things are fun to do,
I know the real meaning of Christmas, do you?
It's about a babe born in a barn,
In a manger soft and warm,
Laying on soft straw and hay,
This special babe born Christmas day.

Dec. 3, 2007 - Adoption
I wish my family could adopt. The friend is still here with us. Her parents e-mailed us and said they were doing great, they met the kids and the kids are wonderful. They can't wait to take the kids home. The family will have to return to Russia in the spring time to bring the kids home. I can't wait to meet the kids.

Nov. 29, 2007 - December already?
I cant believe it is almost December! My friend is coming to our house today. She will be here until next Saturday while her parents are in Russia. Her family is adopting 3 kids from Russia. God really aranged their adoption because they are all siblings and it would be horrible to separate them. My friend's family is already a family of 3 kids and they home school. I can't imagine homeschooling 3 then 6 kids. Though I think it's a lot more easy doing that than me being a 13 year old teaching anyone.

Nov. 27, 2007 - Best Effort
Even with our best effort,we allsay and do wrong things. The Bible calls this "SIN". Romans 3:23 says, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." God sent His son Jesus to die on the cross for our sins. If you want to live in Heaven with God forever then pray this prayer.
"Dear Jesus, I know I am a sinner and need a savior. I believe you took my place and died on the cross for my sins. I ask that you forgive me and i repent from my sins. Come into my life and hel me to start living for you. Jesus thank you for loving me first. Amen."

Nov. 17, 2007 - Today
Today for lunch we are going to Chick-fil-a. Today (Saterday) if you drop off your shoe box at Chick-fil-a they will give you a free chicken sandwitch. We are going to Chick-fil-a because we forgot to give the shoe box at church. We helped out at church (our church is a colection center) but we needed to put a picture and a letter in the box.

Nov. 16, 2007 - First day having a blog.
This is really cool. I enjoyed making this blog. My family volunteered to help at an Operation Christmas Child collection center. I really liked volunteering to help with Operation Christmas Child. My dream is to hand out the shoe boxes. I really want to go on a mission trip.
