To all our homeschooling friends in Missouri,

     Since about 2002, I have served as the volunteer Missouri State Coordinator for The Old Schoolhouse Magazine and its website, including the maintenance of the Missouri blog at Homeschool Blogger for the last couple of years.  Next week, we are moving to Salem, IL.  We shall still be close enough to St. Louis so that I can continue working with the Greater St. Louis Area Home Educators Expo ( www.stlhomeschoolexpo.com --the dates for 2009 are Mar. 26-28, and we have already confirmed our keynote speakers; they are Dr. Jay Wile of Apologia Educational Ministries; Ray, Charlene, and John Notgrass of The Notgrass Co.; and Dr. Stephen Guffanti of Rocket Phonics).

     Now that we are moving to Illinois, I don't know exactly what, if any, will be my future relationship with the magazine, but it has certainly been a blast working with all the good folks at TOS over the last few years.
