Our school day
I know this blog is suppose to be about homeschooling, but it seems that I never write about school. However I guess I do when I write about life in general because life is learning. We are teaching all the time, even if we don't have the books out because our children all always watching us.
So speaking of books we use Abeka here is our schedule at a glance

Bible

This is our basic schedule, though some days we turn it completely around and do our reading in the morning and worksheets during Kamber Grace's nap.
Kaylee also does The Mailbox Club activity sheets, this is just a fun sheet that she gets in the mail it is storys and questions based on the bible. It is for fun SSHHH don't tell her she is learning.

School Days with the Millers by Mildred A. Martin
A Hive of Busy Bees by Effie.M Williams (We went on a farm field trip.)
Little House in the Big Woods by Laura Ingalls Wilder
Mr. Poppers Peguins by Richard and Florence Atwater
We have read more but I cannot name them all.
We also sing ABC's and read with Kamber Grace.
They have learned so much, I am so proud of them both.

Switching to WP

I guess you will have a very different year with WP instead of Abeka. Hope you love it as much as we do so far.
