Blessings, Thoughts, & Wonders

Thank you Lord for blessing me in this way.

It is such a blessing to be able to homeschool. To get to spend so much time with the precious girls that God has given us. I don't actually say it but I think it all the time. People always say they are growing so fast. Children do grow up fast. Even being with them everyday it is so easy to not pay attention and let it slip by. Sometimes we all need to slow down learn to say no to outside the home obligations and just spend time with our family.

Listening to them tell us something silly in there own words. Without being impatient, and rushing it out of them so that we can get to our next task. Stop just stop for a while and look at them, listen to them, get in the floor and play with them. They will remember and enjoy things like that.

We all need to get silly sometimes anyway. I know I take life to serious and forget to laugh sometimes. Proverbs 17:22
A merry heart does good, like medicine, But a broken spirit dries the bones.

Hi, its been awhile. We had our first meeting.... wondered about you? Is there a support group where you are at??? Are you still using "Winters Promise?" Guess what I started using "Heart of Dakota" for my boys. THEY love it and so do I.
