Apr. 2, 2008 - Can you say sore....

Because I feel like a truck hit me. Especially in the morning. Oh it's hard to get out of bed. Even though it hurts I have been enjoying my workouts at the Y. It just feels good to be doing something good for myself. Yesterday I spent my time in the treadmill sweating and praying. It was good.

Weight Watchers has been going well also but I have to admit I just want something big and gooey and chocolate. Something happens in my brain when I do weight watchers. I want things that I usually wouldn't. For instance today the kids had PB&J and I wanted one badly. It's very rarely that I ever eat one. Usually I would prefer a turkey sandwich, which is what I had. It's a whole mental/emotional thing I guess.

Today I had my annual visit with the GYN...actually I haven't been in 3 years. I went to a new office and saw a midwife. I think it was actually the best experience I've had with an annual. It was quick and the midwife, Deborah, was soo nice. She was very comfortable to talk to. All in all a good visit. 

Well, I am sitting here typing and my hubby is on the floor putting together Jake's new dresser from IKEA. I love IKEA and I love when my hubby does this kind of stuff. Just because it's important to me! The kids are watching Swiss family Robinson and eating popcorn (will definately have to vaccuum tomorrow)  and going to bed very soon!
