
I am finding it easier to plan Saturday to Friday so here is our menu spanning that time.
Saturday – Beef barley soup, oatmeal muffins
Sunday – Crustless broccoli quiche, zucchini, potato wedges
Monday – Tuna burgers on buns, potato wedges (again!)
Tuesday – Shredded beef burritos w/ beans and rice (left-over beef)
Wednesday – Macaroni chicken, calif. mix, apple sauce
Thursday – Winter squash Minestra soup (left-over chicken)
Friday – Crock-pot roast with potatoes & carrots__,_._,___
