Dwell in Possibilities

What a great day

Well, me and Amy (poshred1) went and picked up two more truck loads of horse manure today.  Our gardens should be spectacular if you measure it by the great fertilizer we are using.  After we shoveled her load out at her home, we went back to get a load for my house.  When we arrived I have to say I was pooped ( no pun intended).  I was really tired.  So we had the older treasures shovel.  It was amazing how telling them they can have dessert motivates them.  They unloaded the whole truck bed.  It was alot.  I was so glad to have help with that.  Amy and I came in and cooked dinner and looked at Martha Stewart, Victoria, and Country Living magazines.  We had fun looking at recipes and decorating tips.  I've decided that I am going to take a picture of my bedroom and blog about it.  It is such a sanctuary for me.  I love it.  It is a soothing room.  I will have my ds take a picture tomorrow.  We also have a lovely dogwood outside that is worth snapping a picture of.  The Tenn. mountains are a beautiful place to live.  My family has been here generations.  It holds a special place in my heart.  Anyway, hope everyone is doing well.  Hope you had a good and productive day.

In Christ,

Geanine

We now have 2 horses, and that is one thing I completely overlooked when we were considering getting them: Manure for the garden and compost!
It's a lot of work, but anything worth having is, isn't it?
Sounds like a lovely day.
Funny how that included shoveling manure! I guess it's all in how you look at life.

Be blessed!!

What a way to get those kids hauling manure! LOL

I haven't make any arrangements for a Kroger Field trip... we have a lot going on here right now... so I am sure it will be awhile before we do that. Please feel free to plan one.

BTW, I was wondering if you could turn on your Site Feed? I've been missing lost of your posts. The site feed allows me to read new posts in one place, so I don't have to visit each and every blog to see if there is a new post.

To turn it on, log in your account, then click on your blog name under "My Blogs". Then click on Site Feed. Make sure Yes is selected next to Publish Site Feed? And set number of entries to 20. :-D

Thanks,
Have a blessed day!
