Ella's patch
On Tuesday, Ella's eye Dr. said we need to patch Ella's left eye to try and improve the vision in her right eye. She wears it 3 hours a day during school time. She has not complained at all so far, of course it helped that her American Girl Doll suddenly needed an eye patch too.   And we've read this book at least 20 times already:

American Girl Doll Store!
Today Scott and I took the girls to eat at Sushi Zushi and then to the AG Doll store. Before that Ella had dance. Ella's dance teacher had Scott out there doing the chicken dance and freeze dancing at the end of class. I'll put those on youtube later if Scott isn't too embarassed. The AG Doll store is an early B-day present for the girls. I cannot believe Kate will be 7 on Wednesday. Tomorrow Ella has an appointment with the pediatric ophthalmologist...praying that goes well.

He's HOME! He's HOME!
This is the day we've been waiting for. I have great pictures to share, and I'll try to get those on here tomorrow. After school, I dropped the girls off at Jennifer's. I met with Scott first, then we surprised the girls. The girls thought I was just there to pick them up from a playdate. They had no idea Scott was sitting on the front porch. Click here to see. Then we went out to our favorite sushi restaurant. We are all EXHAUSTED, but very HAPPY!  Words cannot express how glad we are that he's home!

Friday night---Prayer warriors UNITE!---updated---
Okay, so it looks like we've hit another little snag with Scott's homecoming. We could use all the prayers we can get to get this team home soon. Specifically, the weather needs to clear up there.

---QUICK UPDATE---PRAYERS ANSWERED!! THANKS FOR THE PRAYERS, CALLS AND EMAILS!! I GOT THE PHONE CALL EARLY THIS MORNING THAT I WAS WAITING FOR. THEY ARE NO LONGER IN IRAQ. THEY WILL BE HOME SOON!!
