Jul. 5, 2007 - Fourth of July accomplishments!
First off, I finished painting the walls in Mag's room...woo hoo! Still need to do the trim and various other little things, but the walls are done and very very pink 
Secondly, those that read my blog last year may remember my sharing that Jerald has always struggled with enjoying fireworks. He has gone from huge meltdowns, to last year sitting in our friends van with his ears covered for half of the show. I am so pleased to report that this year he enjoyed them! He found a spot to sit and he watched the entire show without any indication that he was having a struggle. When it was finished he said "Mommy did you see that? I enjoyed the entire thing and I didn't cry or cover my ears or anything". This is a huge breakthrough for him and I am so thrilled!
