Virtue of the Week: Perseverance

Studies: All the Usual Suspects.....however we have finished Reading Comprehension for the year!!  This week we'll try to finish up Handwriting for the year!!!

Prayer Requests:

*Dear friend, Barbara, who is having complications from a surgery to correct an aneurysm.

*For a continued healthy and safe pregnancy for my sister, Shannon

*Dear husband who is still recovering from knee surgery and will be flying to and from Illinois/Wisconsin this week-and will be celebrating his birthday away from family and friends.

*For all marriages, esp. those struggling.

*For more men and women to be open to the call of God to the vocations of Holy Orders

*For our Beloved Pope Benedict XVI, that he will have a safe trip home , and that his words of peace and healing will be heard with open hearts.

*For our children as they face the trials and adventures of growing up and for us parents to be more aware of their needs.....both spiritual and physical.

*For the children of the FLDS who have to deal with unfamiliar faces and surroundings-may they be safe and filled with peace and courage and God's undying Love.
