Today, we are off to see Houston Grand Opera's rendition of Tomie dePaola's Strega Nona. It is part of the Houston Grand "Opera To Go" program. It is free and in the great outdoor theater in the museum district! We thoroughly enjoy Tomie dePaola's books so this should be great! Last year we went to see the Opera to Go rendition of the Marriage of Figaro-it was simply wonderful! It is a great way to expose the children to Opera/Acting/Singing/Theater all in one fell swoop.
