Here's a Tip
I thought I was clever to use a plastic baggie to pipe the manicotti filling into the manicotti. UNTIL I figured out that I could just cut the manicotti open, slap on some filling, close it back up, place it seam side down, and nobody would ever know the difference. Makes it MUCH easier.
