Public School

For those of you with kids in public shools, or thinking about putting kids in public schools, please check out this blog post. In Boston, the kindergarteners are being read books that portray homosexuality.

I taught 1st grade and you as the teacher are to share. Books like "Heather has two mommies" and the "King and King" Kids don't know they are being taught homosexuality and don't tell their parents.

I just read something I got in the mail from Concerned Women of America. It is slowly creeping into schools everywhere, we just don't hear about it much. This article was so sad to read. I tried to find it online but couldn't. I could always scan it and email it if you'd like, I would just need your email addy again. It is really sad the way the schools are brainwashing children. I am so THANKFUL the Lord put it on my heart even before I had children to homeschool.

Oh, the crazy things that happen in my house.... I am the wife of M for 8 years now. I am the mother of a 10 yo boy - D, 6 1/2 yo boy - N, 4 yo girl - Princess C, 2 1/2 yo boy -Toddler B, and girl Lil' L born May 18. I've been homeschooling since 2003. I lean towards a Charlotte Mason approach, but more often than not, it's "whatever works".
