Things have been so busy around here. We are packing and cleaning and painting and staining. We are trying to get ready to move. We thought we would, then we thought we wouldn't, then we thought we would. This neighborhood is getting pretty bad, and we don't want to stay here. As it is, we are going to get diddly squatt (hmm... never had to write that out before) for this house. I will be so sad to leave my beautiful kitchen and bathroom, but we will be getting a tiny chunk of land and hopefully get some chickens. Hopefully our house won't take long to sell, my hubby will be able to transfer, and we will find a house pretty quick. I have been having dreams about houses every night for a few days now. I wake up stressed out and I can't even remember why.
On the school side, we have been learning about Passover. It is really awesome how the old Passover ties together with the new one. Here are a few examples. Before, the Hight Priest would choose a lamb and then lead him into town and then people would wave palm branches and shout praises... sound familiar? And then after that, he would tie up the lamb in the temple so it could be inspected for blemishes. After Jesus entered Jeruselem, he taught in the Temple for four days where the pharisees tried to trick him and find fault with him. Amazing, huh? Those are two of the main things that really stuck out to me. I have to get back to work. I was trying to make bread dolls for Easter, but they aren't rising.
