New Nine Year Old

My oldest, D, turned 9 today. He got a basketball hoop and basketball, which really excited him. (and me!) He is getting so old! He is such a big help around here. *Usually* I can ask him to do anything and he will without complaining. I am so grateful I have him.

He's a cutie, just like his Aunt Amber....I am SOOOO kidding! Your little nephew is doing GREAT! He's over 12lbs and growing faster than I want him to, but LOVIN' every bit of him.

We had a great 4th of July, I hope you did too. Oh and like I told mom, I moved blogs, so come visit me some time, I'll put you on my blogroll. Have a great summer.

Oh, the crazy things that happen in my house.... I am the wife of M for 8 years now. I am the mother of a 10 yo boy - D, 6 1/2 yo boy - N, 4 yo girl - Princess C, 2 1/2 yo boy -Toddler B, and girl Lil' L born May 18. I've been homeschooling since 2003. I lean towards a Charlotte Mason approach, but more often than not, it's "whatever works".
