Legos
Tonight is movie-lego night. Hubby and the boys lugged up our 33 gallon container plus 2 smaller ones filled with legos up to the living room. (The lego's are from my hubby's childhood.) He put on "It's a Wonderful Life" and he and the boys are playing with legos. Actually, it's mostly just hubby. The boys can't multitask, so they are mostly just watching tv. Hubby made a building and N wanted it to be Bethlehem. So then he put three lego men on horses and set them on a road headed towards Bethlehem. It's really cute and I wish I could post pictures, but I don't want to load anything on my mom's computer. (Hopefully we will either have our computer fixed or buy a new one soon. Just waiting for hubby to pick up the ball on that one....) D wanted to build a house, which is what he always does, buy hubby told him to think of something different. So, he is building a tower. Yeah, poor kid has no creative genes.
I finally reached 1000 comments! The last 10 seemed to take forever. My readers have gone quiet. Are you still there?? Echo, echo, echo....

About Me
Oh, the crazy things that happen in my house.... I am the wife of M for 8 1/2 years now. I am the mother of a 10 yo boy - D, 6 1/2 yo boy - N, 4 yo girl - Princess C, 2 1/2 yo boy -Toddler B, and girl Lil' L 1, and a new little blessing due Jan 31. I've been homeschooling since 2003. I lean towards a Charlotte Mason approach, but more often than not, it's "whatever works".

Dec. 8, 2007 - Untitled Comment
I just emailed you, then I checked my blog and saw your comment.
Ummmm, we blend our smoothie for a LONG time! And that pretty much takes care of the clumps of coconut oil, but sometimes there are little ones. I kinda like them actually! lol.
Ya, Russian scares me too! Maybe one day I will give language lessons to hs kids. I have had enough requests to have opened my own school by now, lol, but I am trying not to commit to anything "extra" right now, but maybe one day...... :)
