A Happy Princess

I was folding laundry the other day, when I came across the pair of pajama pants that my mom had made Princess C last year. Seeing them motivated me to finish the pair of pants I started for her a couple of months ago. While I was at it, I made her doll a matching night gown. She was ecstatic. She has slept with that doll every night since. And she has never slept with a doll before.

And it is nice to know that I am not the only one with doubts about the global warming scare.

BTW, it looks like we are going to be spending the summer in Illinois! Surely you and I can get together sometime during a whole summer:)

Oh, the crazy things that happen in my house.... I am the wife of M for 8 1/2 years now. I am the mother of a 10 yo boy - D, 6 1/2 yo boy - N, 4 yo girl - Princess C, 2 1/2 yo boy -Toddler B, and girl Lil' L 1, and a new little blessing due Jan 31. I've been homeschooling since 2003. I lean towards a Charlotte Mason approach, but more often than not, it's "whatever works".
