New Fish
For awhile, we had an abundance of fish. Remember? They kept multiplying? Well, slowly they all died off and all we were left with was an algae eater. I put off getting more fish because I thought we would be moving and it would be hard to move fish. Last Monday, Hubby came home with fish. Two days later, we got an offer on the house. Go figure. Anyway, he brought home 5 fish. Two died. He replaced them with four. So then we had a total of 8 fish. He also got two plants. So our fish tank looks really cool right now. I stare at it often. But I like water and I like fish. It's relaxing. Today, as I was staring into the tank, I saw.... a baby fish. ALREADY?!?!? What is with my house!!! Babies crawling out of the woodwork! We were all excited though. Two of the fish my hubby first brought home are the same type of fish that we had last time that kept having babies. So I assume it was one of them. However, it was one of those fish that died and got replaced. So we don't know if we will keep having babies or not. I hope so. I sure adds excitement to life. Even if they do usually get eaten....
