Baby Goats
I finally have my internet service back. During a wind storm three weeks ago, our internet got knocked out and we just now got it back. So I didn't get to announce the birth of our goats. Just over two weeks ago, on a Wednesday night, Starberry gave birth to twins. A boy and a girl.

My girl with Star's girl.

And her little boy:
He doesn't have blue eyes. Goats eyes turn blue from a flash like our eyes turn red.
Havanah is due starting tomorrow. Hopefully I will have internet when she gives birth!
These kids are so stinkin cute! They hop and jump and leap and buck. My kids will carry the babies to the corner of the pen and then race them back to the barn. The goat babies win every time.
As soon as my milking supplies come in the mail, I will begin to attempt to milk. That should be interesting.

About Me
Oh, the crazy things that happen in my house.... I am the wife of M for 8 1/2 years now. I am the mother of a 10 yo boy - D, 6 1/2 yo boy - N, 4 yo girl - Princess C, 2 1/2 yo boy -Toddler B, and girl Lil' L 1, and a new little blessing due Jan 31. I've been homeschooling since 2003. I lean towards a Charlotte Mason approach, but more often than not, it's "whatever works".
