Farm Girl Blog-A-Thon -- Tie One On

I saw this on Peggy's Blog The Simple Woman...
I am taking part in the Farm Girl Blog-A-Thon over at the "Garden Goose" blog. It runs for six weeks...so go on over and get the details and join yourself. I know I have alot of country gals who read my blog. I know some are gathered over at Mary Jane's Farm
(Remember you do not have to live on a farm to be a farm girl.)

This week's theme is:

Tie One On!
This week's Theme!-4/7/08-4/11/08

" TIE ONE ON!"
--------------------
Show us your favorite apron or even an apron collection!

Let us know why this particular apron is special to you.

What do your apron pockets hold?

Strut your stuff in your aprons. We want to see pictures!
Well first I must say-- I tried to do the apron wearing thing last fall while making bread and things (I always get flour on me) but when hubby walked in he was NOT impressed-- he giggled...and I knew it was not something he found "attractive" in HIS wife.   So  I do not wear them at this point.  (he never told me NOT to wear one...but I do want to look appealing to him...and an apron he does not find appealing)....
So... since I spent all of $1 on 2 aprons (at a local auction) and I do think they are cute...I hung one on my oven door.  I am not creative or decorative at all...(those of you who visit my blog KNOW that) but I think it is cute...and as soon as you walk in the front door you see it and I think it looks warm and welcoming...
Here is the picture:

And this is the view when you come into the house:
If you join in-- PLEASE leave me a comment so I can come and see!!

We have about the same apron pattern - I love that you put it on your stove. I might just have to try that sometime. :)
