Whewww.... I am still so amazed at how many people (IRL) have really called or checked in on me--THANK you each one-- for caring!!! It has been a rollercoaster weekend-- WOW!! Friday-- well to be honest I don't even remember Friday-- how's that?? Saturday-- Well I know we went to go look at a new vehicle (need a bit more room) but they $$ was too much-- In the evening we had a Bridal Tea at our church for a young lady getting married very soon. It was SOOOO nice-- It was sooo nice to be dressed up--- it was sooo nice to be out with other women- (I think this is the first time out w/o Stephen)--- it was so nice to sit and talk-- it was just SOOOO nice-- and I am very glad the bride to be was blessed with many nice house-warming gifts! When I arrived home the boys were watching Gettysburg (Zachary's favorite movie-- limited to 1x every 2-3 months)-- and I was informed poor Levi (baby goat) was really not doing well-- very weak-- even worse-- (Oh yeah-- Friday-- we did run to the Vet Hospital to get some medicine for him and also a CD&T shot.... we started him that on Friday)--- so I was a bit worried about him-- Oh and I had my socks blessed off a mom with 2 girls brought to me (at the tea) a VERY LARGE bag of GIRLS CLOTHES_- all VERY NICE-- and size Newborn (Never had any new born clothes-- better wear them on her the day she comes)-- 3-6 months-- I am SO set now for those sizes-- I put them "her" dresser--and the drawers barely shut!!! Now if anyone asks "what do you need for baby?" I'm gonna say "A frozen casserole would be DELIGHTFUL!!!" Sunday--woke up and began to make a homemade electrolite drink for Levi-- and Dh went up the "barn" to check on him-- unfortunately he died thru the night! The silver lining- it was my dad's birthday-- and he and my mom and brother came down to visit for the day--that REALLY took the boys minds off Levi. We had a very nice visit with my dad and took em' all out for lunch. Then brought them back here and took em' on a tour of our house in summer-- the garden, animals etc--- Monday- woke up-- and the had some pancakes-- (yummy-- my parents brought some REAL syrup with them from Jason's folks)... then the men folk went out to clean out the goat area VERY well (burried Levi Sunday--but didn't do much else). On the way up to the "barn" they found a pile of DARK Chicken (rooster) feathers---- looks like a HAWK got our ROOSTER After that Jason and I were feeling a bit lazy-- so we decided to go to one more dealership to look at a "new" vehicle (we were looking at Suburbans)-- and this lot had 4-5....so we went-- and spent the day!! We got there around noon and didn't leave until 6:30!!!!!! We did get a GOOD DEAL--- and so now we have a "new" / used vechicle--with LOTS of room!! (our last 2 trips-- we realized we needed more room-- ) I know gas prices say bad decision-- but we need the room. (dh did call about a scooter/motorcycle on Craigs list today-- so that would be nice-- for him to drive to work-- we'll see). Didn't buy this the "CROWN" (money) way-- but it is in the budget-- and will not strap us-- so all is well-- maybe next time we'll pay CASH (I can't imagine---but it is a goal). So after laying Stephen down for bed--I promised him NO CAR SEAT TOMORROW-- we would STAY HOME-- and that is my goal except for Wednesday (OB appt) to STAY HOME!! I am doing better-- but I know when I run (errands) a lot-- I'm avoiding something-- not sure what it is--but I need to buckle down-- and get some DEEP CLEANING in before I get any bigger-- my goal this week--DEEP CLEAN Dining room and Kitchen (including a de-clutter). So that is my weekend-- and somehow I think I'm letting a lot out---- mental capicity-- is low right now--- need sleep!!
