Jan. 31, 2006 - Roller Skating
Okay, K tried it the other day. He did okay. Spent a lot of time either complaining or on his back. It was a hoot to watch. I met another mom there that I recognized from another group and so her son and K hung out for a while. K finally figured out that if you stayed low, you wouldn't fall over. I got a couple of pictures that way. Last year he tried skating on Roller Blades and he didn't do bad, considering he was on just one row of wheels. Its good for him to learn how to skate because he likes to watch hockey and would like to play it when he gets older. As any child, we'll have to see if he's still interested when he gets older.
