Mar. 6, 2006 - Back to School...
Since we had been moving and then unpacking, it took a while to get back into school. The first week we took off was because we were in the process of moving and everything was scattered between two places. And then the second week was spent figuring out exactly where everything was. I'm glad that we are unpacked and ready to live life again.
So, today I started easy since K had two weeks off. We did math (which he loves and it's easy for him) and then he did some reading- I just love Dr. Seuss books, and he actually gets something out of them too.
Blessings to all and hope everyone has a good week.

I still can remember reading Dr. Seuss to my girls . . . forty years ago! What great memories. Our first child still has the entire set that she reads to her boys, and they all love them. Have a great week yourself . . . welcome back to normalcy!

I adore Dr. Seuss books - especially the ones with a moral like "Yertle the Turtle", The Lorax and "Oh the Places You'll Go". It was his birthday recently and I was reminded what an amazing writer he was. :)
Ugh moving sucks. I've been doing it too much the past six years. Ha! I would love a place to finally settle down into.
