Did someone say ICE CREAM?!

Today was field trip day to the local dairy.  We've been to Broom's Bloom Dairy MANY, MANY times for their fabulous ice cream, but never knew their story.  Well, Mrs. Kate,

introduced us to the cows....

We got to see how the were milked and even how the ice cream was made.  If you are interested in their history please visit their website at BROOM'S BLOOM.  Also, if you are within a day's drive you will thank yourself for stopping in for some ice cream and atmosphere.  BB's also sells local honey, meats, cheeses and more!

And here was the pay off for walking in the mud....
