Happy New Year!

Today is the last day of 2005.

A time of reflection of the past year and of decision of the new year to come.

This past year was hectic.  A move from Hawaii into my In-law's house in Vegas.  A move from Vegas to Washington.  Seperation from Allen (physical becuase of the move...) and then the whole MOVE aspect.  The move itself was horrible!  The packers did a horrible job and REALLY make me wish I could have just done it myself!

Being apart from my husband is very hard.  He's been home now for 2 weeks today and it already feels normal to have him around.  Sigh, he leaves in 15 days for almost 6 weeks.  Then we have a deployment upcoming sometime in the future after that.  8-(   So, we are enjoying Christmas, but won't be home for another 9-10 months or so.

I guess I'll be focusing mainly on homeschooling and my quilts and scrapbooking.
