so, I found this site through a friend from highschool and decided it was a good place for blogging. It seems like a good, safe place to blog and gain advice from other "veteran" homeschooling mammas!  [well relatively safe, it IS still the internet lol.]

I have a beautiful 6 month old daughter that I will be homeschooling soon, YAY! She already loves to "read", hehe! Her favorites are "Old Hat New Hat" by Dr Suess, and Cartwright's "Who's Making That Mess?" Yes, she would rather teethe and gum on her books right now, but she really does enjoy listening to me read to her. So, I'm excited about homeschooling. I love to watch her learn and discover new things, and find out a little more about her personality everyday! She is such a joy and blessing to us!
